ADJUSTABLE SPRING LOADED BRASS - FUEL CHECK VALVES For
gravity feed and atmospheric style mixers with no fuel pump
. Used on hit and miss or throttle governed engines with low
mounted tank , to prevent fuel draining back down into tank
between hits . On hit and miss engines with gravity feed systems
where fuel level is above the needle the spring loaded feature will
prevent fuel from dripping out and/or flooding the engine . It
requires the extra snort of the engine for the weight of the fuel to
overcome the wee ball bearing .
1/8 male NPT X 1/4 compression for copper tube with brass check
ball and adjustable spring . Direction of flow is always toward the
tubing so it should be screwed into the tank on either gravity or
